As a family-run company, Big Valley Flooring stands behind the installations and goods we provide. We shall repair or replace things in accordance with the terms of the contract, the Work Order, and the Big Valley Flooring standards if, within the first three days of the installation being finished, you are not happy with our product or the calibre of our work. Should the problems remain unresolved, you will be eligible for a reimbursement of up to 110%.
Here is how it works
You will approve both your Work Order and your plank colour when you arrive on the day of installation. You will now pay in full, and we will start the installation process. After that, your 110% Risk-Free Guarantee® will be activated. In order to resolve any issues that arise during the initial installation, you will be responsible for inspecting all work as it is performed and addressing any concerns with your installer or project coordinator right away. You and our Installer will inspect the work after it is finished.With the installer and project coordinator, you will compile a punch list—a list of things that need to be fixed before the project is deemed finished—if you discover that the quality of the work, the materials, and/or the Work Order indicate that the project is not 100% finished. While you are speaking with our Project Coordinator, we will arrange a service call if the punch list correction cannot be completed right away. After installation, all problems will be fixed in 33 days. You will be eligible for a 10% refund if the punch list items remain unpaid for more than 33 days; after 60 days, you will receive a 25% refund; after 90 days, a 75% refund; and after 120 days, a 110% refund.
Given the state of your subfloor beneath, we aim to provide you the greatest project outcome. This guarantee expires on the fourth (4th) day after the installation date and excludes any abuse, levelling beyond what is specified in our Work Order or change orders. In order to complete punch list items, the Owner consents to grant reasonable access to the property throughout the 30-day repair window at the designated time(s), which are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Big Valley Flooring promises that your project will be finished exactly as it is promised, or it will refund you up to 110% of your money. It is not possible for Owner and Big Valley Flooring to modify this 110% Risk-Free Guarantee®. All modifications need to be in writing and signed by the floor and the owner. The exclusive goal of this 110% Risk-Free Guarantee® is to safeguard the Owner.
